The integrated external wall panel comprises an external wall heat preservation base plate; a collecting box is embedded in the upper end of the external wall heat preservation base plate and is horizontally arranged; a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are installed at the end parts of the two sides of the collecting box; heat pipe assemblies distributed at intervals are arranged in the lower end of the external wall heat preservation base plate; the heat pipe assemblies are in a vertical state; each heat pipe assembly comprises a condensation section and an evaporation section; a heat collection back plate is arranged in the outer wall heat preservation base plate and located on the front side portions of the heat pipe assemblies; auxiliary heat transfer plates are connected to the portions, corresponding to the evaporation sections, of the surface of the rear side of the heat collection back plate; and the auxiliary heat transfer plates and pipe bodies of the corresponding evaporation sections are clamped. In the laying and using processes, heat irradiated by the sun can be dissipated to the outside, so that the situation that the external wall panel is in a relatively high-temperature state is avoided, namely, the phenomenon that the indoor temperature of a building is relatively high due to the fact that the temperature of the external wall panel is relatively high is avoided, and the application and popularization are facilitated.
