The invention discloses a flying dust prevention device for building construction. The device comprises an annular base; supporting rods are mounted at the top of the annular base; windproof water baffles are mounted on two sides of each supporting rod; a connecting ring is arranged on the upper end surface of each supporting rod; the top ends of the multiple supporting rods are connected with the outer sides of the connecting rings; a sand storage space is defined by the inner sides of the annular base, the supporting rods and the windproof water baffles; a first steel wire net is arranged in the sand storage space; a second steel wire net is mounted on the top of the inner side of the annular base; and a water collecting pit is formed in the upper surface of the annular base. According to the flying dust prevention device for building construction, through mutual cooperation of the annular base, the supporting rods, the windproof water baffles, the first steel wire mesh and the second steel wire mesh, flying dust generation and sand caking can be prevented, meanwhile, sand stacking is more stable, collapse during sand taking is avoided, and the personal safety of sand taking personnel is protected.
