The invention discloses a concrete grouting device for building construction. The device comprises a fixing block, a vibrator, a hopper and a material conveying pipe; the top of the vibrator is connected with the bottom face of the fixing block through a bolt; the left side face of the hopper is welded to the surface of the right end of the fixing block; the top of the material conveying pipe is connected with the bottom end of the hopper; the device is characterized in that the material conveying pipe comprises a connecting block, a pipe body and a dispersing mechanism; the portion, close to the top end, of the pipe body is nested in the middle of the connecting block; the top of the dispersing mechanism is installed at the position, close to the right end, of the inner top of the pipe body; and the top end of the pipe body communicates with the bottom end of the hopper. Materials are impacted and dispersed through thrust swing of a dispersing plate of the dispersing mechanism in the pipe body, so that sand balls jammed in the conveying pipe are reduced, and the concrete grouting speed is increased. A supporting block of the dispersing mechanism swings left and right and moves up and down under the thrust of the materials, so that the materials can be pushed to increase the discharging speed of the materials, and the supporting block can move up and down conveniently to drive the dispersing plate to continuously impact the materials.
本发明公开了一种建筑施工用混凝土灌浆装置,包括固定块、震动器、料斗、输料管,所述震动器顶部与固定块底面通过螺栓连接,所述料斗左侧面焊接在固定块右端表面,所述输料管顶部与料斗底端相连接;其特征在于:所述输料管包括连接块、管体、分散机构,所述管体靠近顶端嵌套在连接块内中部,所述分散机构顶部安装在管体靠近右端的内顶部位置,所述管体顶端与料斗底端相连通。通过管体内部分散机构的分散板推力摆动将材料撞击分散,减少沙团卡在输料管内部,加快混凝土灌浆速度。通过分散机构的支撑块受到材料的推力左右摆动和上下移动,能够将材料推动加快材料的排放速度,并且有利于支撑块上下移动带动分散板不断对材料撞击。
