The equipment comprises a base, a movable platform, a supporting frame, a lifting platform, a ramp platform, a protective fence and a protective shed; the base is welded at the upper part of a steel tank; the movable platform is connected with the upper part of the base through a sliding path; the bottom end of the supporting frame is connected with the lifting platform; the top end of the supporting frame is connected with the lifting platform; the ramp platform is connected with the side of the lifting platform; the protective shed is fixed on the upper part of the lifting platform; the movable platform, the supporting frame and the ramp platform are all controlled by a hydraulic cylinder; the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by an electromagnetic valve; the electromagnetic valve is controlled by an electric control cabinet; and the electric control cabinet is controlled by signals fed back by a remote controller or a position sensor.
