The invention discloses a refrigerator hinge with a child lock function. The refrigerator hinge comprises a hinge main plate. The rear end of the hinge mainboard is fixedly connected with the front end of the box body. A door body rotating shaft is arranged at one end of the hinge main plate, a vertically-through main plate sliding way is arranged at the other end of the hinge main plate, and a limiting shaft is arranged in the main plate sliding way. A door body rotating hole is formed in one end of the door body top upper decoration strip. The top end of the upper decoration strip is provided with a door body sliding way consistent with the main board sliding way in trend, and the door body sliding way penetrates through the rear end of the upper decoration strip. The door body rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the door body rotating hole, and the lower end of the limiting shaft is inserted into the door body sliding way. The invention further discloses the refrigerator. According to the refrigerator door, the hinge main plate and the limiting shaft are arranged on the upper portion of the corresponding door body, the door body can be switched between the normal use mode capable of being freely opened and closed and the child lock mode incapable of being freely opened by adjusting the position of the limiting shaft, and therefore children are prevented from opening the refrigerator door by themselves.
