The production process comprises the following steps that S1, two pieces of tempered glass are clamped in a normal temperature state; S2, the two pieces of tempered glass are put into a normal-pressure low-temperature preheating box to be preheated; S3, the two pieces of tempered glass are put into a low-vacuum low-temperature degassing box to be heated for the first time, and then degassing is conducted; S4, the two pieces of tempered glass are put into a high-vacuum high-temperature degassing box to be heated for the second time and then degassed; S5, the two pieces of tempered glass are put into a high-vacuum sheet combining box to be subjected to degassing and then subjected to sheet combining; S6, the laminated tempered glass is put into a vacuum transition cooling box to be primarily cooled; S7, the laminated tempered glass is put into a normal-pressure internal circulation hot air cooling box to be cooled for the second time; S8, the laminated tempered glass is put into a normal-pressure external circulation air cooling box to be cooled to the normal temperature; and S9, the laminated tempered glass is detected, packaged and shipped. According to the production process, the assembly line type production of the tempered glass can be realized, the operation cost is low, the energy consumption is low, the the qualified rate, the productivity and the appearance quality of products are improved, and energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.
