The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly water recycling air conditioning system which comprises a bottom frame and an inner frame which are arranged below a shower head and a water tank communicated with the bottom frame; a step-shaped inner cavity is formed in the bottom frame; the inner frame is clamped to the top end of the inner cavity of the bottom frame; an opening in the top end of the inner frame is sealed by a plurality of connecting pedals arranged in a rectangular array; every two adjacent connecting pedals are arranged in a sliding mode; a massage ball is fixedly embedded in the top end of each connecting pedal; and the bottom end of each massage ball is fixedly connected with a telescopic inner pipe below the corresponding connecting pedal. The energy-saving and environment-friendly water recycling air conditioning system supplies heat to water floor heating, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, is slow in overall heat dissipation and good in heat preservation effect; and when the air conditioning system is not used, sealing is formed between the connecting pedals, so that diffusion of odor at a water accumulation position is avoided, heat supply and energy saving use of water floor heating can be facilitated, and meanwhile environmental sanitation is guaranteed.
