The invention discloses an automatic earthwork conveying and loading system capable of adaptively adjusting the excavation depth. The system comprises a conveying belt mechanism, a supporting platform on the ground and a muck transport vehicle moving platform. The discharging end of the conveying belt mechanism is rotationally connected with the supporting platform, and the feeding end of the conveying belt mechanism is arranged in a deep foundation pit. A jacking device is arranged on the lower portion of the feeding end of the conveying belt mechanism. A guide rail and a horizontal moving seat are arranged on the muck transport vehicle moving platform, and a muck transport vehicle is arranged on the horizontal moving seat.
