The invention provides a preparation method of a high-performance epoxy asphalt pavement material, and particularly relates to the field of epoxy asphalt, and the mass ratio of an epoxy asphalt binder to a mineral aggregate is (6.0-6.6):100; the mixing amount of fibers accounts for 0.1%-0.3% of the total mass of the mineral aggregate; the epoxy asphalt binder is formed by mixing epoxy resin and SBS modified asphalt; the epoxy resin accounts for 30-50% of the total mass of the epoxy asphalt binder; and the SBS modified asphalt accounts for 50-70% of the total mass of the epoxy asphalt binder. The high-performance epoxy asphalt pavement material has the advantages of large SMA grading structure depth and good skid resistance, also has the characteristic of excellent pavement performance of an epoxy asphalt mixture, and can effectively solve the problem that a traditional epoxy asphalt pavement material is easy to bulge in the construction process.
本发明提供一种高性能环氧沥青铺装材料的制备方法,具体涉及环氧沥青领域,环氧沥青结合料质量和矿料质量比为6.0~6.6:100;纤维掺量占矿料总质量为0.1%~0.3%;环氧沥青结合料由环氧树脂和SBS改性沥青混合而成;环氧树脂占环氧沥青结合料总质量的30~50%;SBS改性沥青占环氧沥青结合料总质量的50%~70%。本发明具有SMA级配构造深度大、抗滑性能好的优点,同时又具有环氧沥青混合料路用性能优异的特点,同时能够有效解决传统环氧沥青铺装材料施工过程中容易鼓包的难题。
