Manufacturing method of novel autoclaved aerated concrete lightweight wallboard
The invention provides a manufacturing method of a novel autoclaved aerated concrete lightweight wallboard, belonging to the industrial fields of fabricated buildings, efficient utilization of construction waste and environmental protection. According to the method, superfine brick powder and physical foaming are used for producing the lightweight wallboard; the length and the thickness of the wallboard are formed in a mold at a time; high-temperature autoclaved curing is carried out; and the wallboard can be made hollow, and the diameters of core pipes are uniform. The produced wallboard can be used for inner and outer wall parts of a fabricated building.
