The output end of the driving motor is connected with a rotating rod, a plurality of stirring rods are arranged on the rotating rod, a feeding pipe is arranged on one side of the top of the storage tank, and a discharging pipe is arranged on one side of the surface of the storage tank. The driving motor is mounted at the top of the storage tank, the output end of the driving motor drives the rotating rod to rotate, and the rotating rod drives the stirring rods to rotate, so that asphalt in the storage tank is in a movable state, and stiffness caused by long-time storage is avoided; and the heating module is used for heating the storage tank, so that the asphalt in the storage tank is in a high-temperature state and is prevented from being solidified, an operator can conveniently operate the storage tank for a long time, and the asphalt is prevented from being solidified.
