The prestressed concrete cast-in-place box girder structure comprises a bottom plate, webs arranged on the two sides of the upper surface of the bottom plate, a top plate arranged on the webs and flange plates arranged on the two sides of the top plate; a box-shaped cavity is defined by the bottom plate, the web plates and the top plate; a plurality of external prestressing tendons are obliquely arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate, and a plurality of partition plates allowing the external prestressing tendons to penetrate through and be anchored are arranged on the bottom plate at intervals; and transverse prestressed reinforcements and longitudinal prestressed reinforcements are arranged on the bottom plate, the web plates and the top plate. The overall quality of the box girder structure is improved.
