The invention provides a prefabricated assembled hollow pier with steel-concrete combined vertical splicing seams, and a construction method thereof. The hollow pier comprises a foundation, a prefabricated slab, the vertical splicing seams and a top cap, socket grooves and connecting columns are reserved above the foundation, the prefabricated slab is formed by assembling a plurality of prefabricated sub-plates, and the vertical splicing seams are filled among the prefabricated sub-plates in the height direction of the pier, so a closed hollow section is formed by the prefabricated slabs, vertical splicing seams are in a steel-concrete combination mode, the prefabricated slabs are connected with the foundation through socket grooves, and then concrete is poured; and the top cap is located above the prefabricated slab, and after installation of the prefabricated sub-plates and the vertical splicing seams is completed, connection is conducted through the thick steel bars. According to the scheme, the hollow pier and the foundation are connected in an inserted mode, and the construction speed is remarkably increased; and the hollow pier walls are connected through the vertical splicing seams, the prefabricated slab is provided with the open sections, the size is small, the weight is light, the hollow pier walls are prefabricated at a time in the height direction, horizontal splicing seams do not need to be arranged, and the influence on structural integrity caused by the fact that multiple horizontal splicing seams are arranged is avoided.
本发明提供一种带钢混组合竖向拼接缝的预制拼装空心墩及施工方法,空心墩包括基础、预制板、竖向拼接缝和顶帽,基础上方预留承插槽和连接柱,预制板由多块预制分板拼装而成,竖向拼接缝沿桥墩高度方向,填充在预制分板之间,使预制板形成闭合的空心截面,竖向拼接缝采用钢混组合形式,预制板与基础间通过承插槽连接,再浇筑混凝土;顶帽位于预制板上方,待预制分板与竖向拼接缝安装完成后,通过粗钢筋进行连接。本方案空心墩与基础间采用插入式连接,显著提高施工速度;空心墩墩壁采用竖向拼接缝连接,预制板采用开口截面,尺寸小、重量轻,空心墩墩壁高度方向采用一次预制,无需设置水平拼接缝,避免设置多处水平拼接缝对结构整体性带来的影响。
