Quick dismantling method for cast-in-place beam steel pipe pile support
The invention provides a quick dismantling method for a cast-in-place beam steel pipe pile support. Preformed holes are formed in the positions, right facing the two ends of a lower steel pipe pile support bearing beam, of the two sides of a beam body, when the support is dismantled, cross beams are erected on the tops of the two opposite preformed holes in the transverse bridge direction of the top face of the beam body, and bearing beams are arranged on the cross beams corresponding to the preformed holes; two cross-core jacks are supported on the tops of the two ends of the bearing beam, and a carrying pole beam is erected on the tops of the two jacks; a suspender penetrates through each preformed hole, the lower end of the suspender is anchored with the support bearing beam, the upper end of the suspender penetrates through the cross beam, the bearing beam, the space between the two jacks and the carrying pole beam, a lower nut is screwed on the top surface of the bearing beam on the suspender, and an upper nut is screwed on the top surface of the carrying pole beam; and the support steel pipe piles are firstly dismantled, and then the jacks are controlled to enable the whole support upper structure to descend to the ground. The method is extremely high in construction speed, low in cost and high in safety.
本发明提供一种现浇梁钢管桩支架快速拆除方法,在梁体两侧正对下方钢管桩支架承重梁两端的位置设预留孔,支架拆除时,在梁体顶面横桥向相对的两个预留孔顶部搭设横梁,横梁上对应每个预留孔设垫梁,垫梁两端顶部支设两个穿心式千斤顶,两千斤顶顶部搭设一扁担梁;在每个预留孔中穿设一吊杆,吊杆的下端与支架承重梁锚固,吊杆上端穿过横梁、垫梁、两千斤顶之间以及扁担梁,吊杆上在垫梁顶面螺接一下螺母,在扁担梁顶面螺接一上螺母;先拆除支架钢管桩,然后控制千斤顶将支架上部结构整体降落至地面。本发明施工速度极快,成本低,安全性高。
