The invention provides an automatic monitoring equipment mounting process suitable for a ballast track railway roadbed, and relates to the field of hydrostatic leveling equipment mounting processes. The automatic monitoring equipment mounting process comprises the following steps of performing online survey, lofting a basic position, and geophysical prospecting on a ballast foot position; adjusting the basic position according to geophysical prospecting conditions; assembling a hydrostatic leveling system offline; excavating the top surface of the roadbed at the foundation position to form a pit, and pouring a concrete pre-embedded flange after embedding a reinforcing steel bar into the pit; pulling the railway ballast back, and maintaining the foundation concrete; pushing a railway ballast at the line position of the hydrostatic leveling system aside, and placing an aluminum wire groove; arranging monitoring system pipelines and the thermal insulation cotton in an aluminum wire duct and then connecting with the aluminum wire duct; fixing an acquisition box, a solar cell panel, a measuring point and pipeline equipment; shifting back the railway ballast coverage monitoring system; and debugging the online hydrostatic leveling system, and after the debugging is completed, completing the installation and operation of the monitoring system. By adopting the method, the time for online installation of the monitoring system is saved, the stability of the installed monitoring system is more reliable, and the monitoring data is closer to the true value of track deformation.
