The low-noise hydraulic pile hammer is simple in structure, convenient to operate and suitable for pile driving operation of tubular piles, the pile driving process meets the green and environment-friendly requirements of low carbon and energy conservation and is small in noise pollution, high in efficiency, high in pile forming rate and high in operation safety; after a heavy hammer assembly is lifted to the expected height through the lifting oil cylinder, a hammer falls rapidly, a hydraulic differential loop design enables the hammer falling speed to be higher, the hammer directly acts on a transition block below the heavy hammer assembly in a mode larger than a free falling body mode, and the piling efficiency of the tubular piles is improved advantageously.
