According to the prefabricated pump station base with the anti-floating and self-cleaning functions, grouting can be conducted by arranging the grouting hollow columns, the weight balancing blocks are arranged, the dead weight of the pump body is increased, and the anti-floating degree is increased; and in addition, the device is provided with the self-cleaning structure, so that silt at the bottom of the pump station can be effectively removed.
