Concrete wear-resistant terrace and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a concrete wear-resistant terrace and a preparation process thereof. The concrete wear-resistant terrace comprises a wear-resistant polyurea finish paint layer, an epoxy primer layer, a permeable primer layer and a concrete base layer from top to bottom, wherein the permeable primer layer is prepared from a silicate aqueous solution and a curing agent, and the mass ratio of the silicate aqueous solution to the curing agent is (70-100): 1; and the curing agent is a water-based isocyanate curing agent. By arranging three layers of raw materials, namely the special wear-resistant polyurea finish paint layer, the epoxy primer layer and the permeable primer layer and improving the preparation steps, the prepared concrete terrace system plays a role of a permeable crystalline material in reinforcing concrete and effectively sealing pores; and meanwhile, as the thin wear-resistant polyurea resin coating is designed on the surface layer, the thin coating system can achieve the heavy-load-resistant effect which can be only achieved by a pure resin terrace with a relatively high thickness, so that the comprehensive performance of the concrete wear-resistant terrace is also greatly improved.
本申请公开一种混凝土耐磨地坪及其制备工艺,从上至下其包括耐磨聚脲面漆层、环氧底漆层、渗透底漆层和混凝土基层;所述渗透底漆层由硅酸盐水溶液、固化剂制备而成,且所述硅酸盐水溶液与所述固化剂的质量比为(70‑100):1;所述固化剂为水性异氰酸酯固化剂。通过设置特殊的耐磨聚脲面漆层、环氧底漆层、渗透底漆层三层原料,并且在制备步骤上也进行了改进,使制备得到的混凝土地坪系统既发挥渗透结晶材料对混凝土的补强作用和对气孔有效封闭,同时又由于表层设计有薄层的耐磨聚脲树脂涂层,这种薄涂层系统能够达到纯树脂地坪需要较高厚度才能起到的抗重载效果,且混凝土耐磨地坪的综合性能也得到了大幅度的提升。
