According to the maintenance device, the device is pulled through the handle part, the film covering part covers a concrete surface with a film in the process of pulling the device, a cement floor which is not coagulated can be prevented from being damaged by pressure caused by sand on the cement floor, and the flattening plate is vibrated by the vibration device so as to transfer vibration to the sand box and the sand outlet pipe when the flattening plate flattens the concrete surface, so that the sand box is assisted to discharge sand, and additionally, a pipeline is prevented from being blocked by sand.
