The maintenance device comprises a mounting frame, wherein a film covering part and a flattening plate are installed at the bottom of the mounting frame, the flattening plate is located on the right side of the film covering part, a vibration device is installed on the flattening plate, a sand box is connected to the top of the vibration device, an opening is formed in the bottom of the sand box, an inclined sand outlet pipe is fixedly connected to the lower end of the opening, a lower pipe opening of the inclined sand outlet pipe is located in the left side of the front end of the film covering part, and a handle part is arranged on the right side of the mounting frame. According to the maintenance device, the device is pulled through the handle part, the film covering part covers a concrete surface with a film in the process of pulling the device, a cement floor which is not coagulated can be prevented from being damaged by pressure caused by sand on the cement floor, and the flattening plate is vibrated by the vibration device so as to transfer vibration to the sand box and the sand outlet pipe when the flattening plate flattens the concrete surface, so that the sand box is assisted to discharge sand, and additionally, a pipeline is prevented from being blocked by sand.
