The invention provides a deep hole epoxy resin chemical grouting construction method. The method comprises the following steps that (1), a hole is drilled to a target depth at one time, accumulated water is dried by pressure wind until no water mist is generated, and the wind continues for 5-15 minutes; and (2), epoxy resin grouting liquid is prepared, then segmented pure pressure type grouting is conducted from bottom to top, at the maximum design pressure, after the injection rate is not more than 0.02L.min<-1>.m<-1>, the grouting will continue for 20 to 40 minutes or reach the gelation time, and grouting will be stopped. According to the method, construction can be completed through traditional drilling and grouting equipment, other special equipment is not needed, and the problems in the prior art of deep hole chemical grouting construction and the problem of high construction cost are effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种深孔环氧树脂化学灌浆施工方法,依次包括以下步骤;(1)一次性钻孔至目标深度,压力风吹干积水直至没有水雾产生,并持续5‑15min;(2)配制环氧树脂灌浆液,然后自下而上进行分段纯压式灌浆,灌浆段在最大设计压力下注入率不大于0.02L·min‑1·m‑1后继续灌注20‑40min或达到胶凝时间,停止灌浆。本发明利用传统的钻孔灌浆设备即可完成施工,无需其他特种设备,有效解决了现有技术中深孔化学灌浆施工难题和施工成本高等问题。
