The invention discloses a vertical building prefabricated part reinforcing and adjusting device and a reinforcing method. The device comprises two sets of reinforcing and adjusting assemblies installed between a cast-in-place floor and a vertical building prefabricated part, each reinforcing and adjusting assembly comprises an L-shaped steel channel and an angle iron bearing plate, two or more fastening nuts are arranged at the bottom of each L-shaped steel channel, a connecting plate is welded to the top of each L-shaped steel channel, each angle iron bearing plate is arranged on the upper portion of each connecting plate, each connecting plate is connected with each angle iron bearing plate through an adjusting bolt, two or more first fixing screws penetrate into the angle iron bearing plates, and embedded screws corresponding to fastening nuts are embedded in the cast-in-place floor. The perpendicularity of the cast-in-place floor slab and the vertical building prefabricated part and the elevation of the vertical building prefabricated part are adjusted through the reinforcing and adjusting assembly and an adjustable inclined strut assembly, adjustment can be conducted without depending on a tower crane, the capacity of the tower crane is released, position deviation of the vertical building prefabricated part in the installation process can be avoided, the adjusting mode is convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种竖向建筑预制件加固调整装置及加固方法,该装置包括安装在现浇楼板和竖向建筑预制件之间的两套加固调整组件,所述加固调整组件包括“L”型槽钢和角铁承接板,在“L”型槽钢的底部设置有两个以上的紧固螺母,在“L”型槽钢的顶部焊接有连接板,在连接板的上部设置有角铁承接板,所述的连接板通过调节螺栓与角铁承接板连接,在角铁承接板上穿入有两个以上的第一固定螺杆,在现浇楼板上预埋有与紧固螺母对应的预埋螺杆。本发明通过加固调整组件和可调斜撑组件来调节现浇楼板和竖向建筑预制件的垂直度以及竖向建筑预制件的标高,无需依赖塔吊即可进行调整,释放塔吊的产能,还能避免竖向建筑预制件在安装过程中位置偏移,而且调节方式比较方便,提高施工效率。
