The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that 1, an aluminum plate is blanked through a sawing machine and then machined and milled into square aluminum blocks through a machine tool; 2, circular internal positioning grooves are formed in the aluminum square blocks through a lathe; 3, the square aluminum blocks are evenly cut into four arc aluminum blocks through linear cutting; and 4, the four edge beams and the four arc aluminum blocks are connected together to manufacture a glass frame. The circular positioning grooves are formed in the inner sides of the aluminum square blocks, then the aluminum square blocks are cut into quartered arc aluminum blocks, and the four arc aluminum blocks and the four edge beams are connected in a tailor-welding mode to manufacture the glass frame. The manufacturing process is simple, a profile stretch bending mold is not required to be opened, the production efficiency is high, the cost is low, the size machining of parts is easy to control, the overall quality of products is ensured, and the manual shape correcting time is shortened.
