The invention relates to the technical field of tools, in particular to an anti-crushing triangular ladder which comprises a step groove and a telescopic mechanism. The stepped grooves are formed in each foot of the triangular ladder, and the telescopic mechanisms are mounted in the stepped grooves. The telescopic mechanism comprises a rotating part, a connecting rope, an elastic supporting device, a leveling block and a handle. The rotating piece is rotationally connected to the inner side wall of the first groove, through holes are formed in the legs of the triangular ladder, one end of the connecting rope is fixedly connected with the rotating piece, and the other end of the connecting rope is fixedly connected with the leveling block. The first end of the elastic supporting device is fixedly connected with the upper wall of the second groove, and the second end of the elastic supporting device is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the leveling block. When the folded triangular ladder is placed on the ground, the four feet of the triangular ladder are in surface contact with the ground, so that the folded triangular ladder can be effectively prevented from toppling over, and the situation that people are injured due to toppling over of the triangular ladder can be effectively avoided.
