Cement production process
The invention relates to a cement production process which comprises the following steps that S1, different cement clinkers are crushed into raw materials, and a mixed additive material is crushed into an additive; S2, the cement clinker powder and an additive are put into a mixing device to be stirred, and finished cement is formed; and S2, the mixing device comprises a rack and a stirring mechanism, the rack is provided with a stirring barrel, the stirring barrel is provided with a connecting pipe, the connecting pipe is connected with a discharging port of the crushing equipment, and the stirring mechanism is connected with the rack and used for stirring the cement raw materials in the stirring barrel. According to the cement production device, a large amount of heat can be generated when the cement clinker and the mixed additive material are crushed, the raw materials are stirred through the stirring mechanism by utilizing the waste heat of the raw materials, the reaction speed among different components of the cement clinker is accelerated through the high temperature, and the cement production efficiency is improved; and waste heat of the cement is reutilized, so that the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
