The invention discloses a preparation method of superfine slag powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, conveying slag to a drying chamber for drying; s2, conveying the dried slag and modified semi-dry desulfurization ash obtained through modification treatment of semi-dry desulfurization ash to an ore grinding machine; s3, conveying the mixed materials in the ore grinding machine to a powder concentrator; and S4, sorting finished product materials out of the powder concentrator are conveying to a finished product bin. According to the preparation method of the superfine slag powder, the semi-dry desulfurized fly ash subjected to oxidation pretreatment is added into a superfine slag powder production system, the doped modified semi-dry desulfurized fly ash and the superfine slag powder are uniformly mixed by utilizing a grinding process of the superfine slag powder, so that part of the superfine slag powder can be replaced, and the semi-dry desulfurized fly ash of the flue gas is subjected to resource utilization; and the product performance can be improved.
