The invention relates to the technical field of building thermal insulation materials, in particular to a PU composite thermal insulation material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of perlite, 10-30 parts of polyurethane, 5-15 parts of a water-based expandable resin copolymer, 90-150 parts of water, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-2 parts of a water increasing agent, 1-2 parts of a foaming agent, 1-2 parts of a foam stabilizer and 1-2 parts of an accelerator. The thermal insulation material has good thermal stability, and the fireproof performance of the thermal insulation material can be improved by using the perlite as the thermal insulation coarse aggregate and the main component.
