The invention discloses a municipal engineering diatomite modified asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention. Refined diatomite can be fully mixed in the asphalt mixture; in the preparation process of the diatomite modified asphalt mixture, lignocellulose with the diameter of 45 microns and the cut-off length of 1.3 mm or special polymer fiber with the diameter of 13 microns and the cut-off length of 6 mm is added into the mixture; on the whole, the rut factor of the asphalt after adopting the special polymer fiber with the diameter of 13 microns and the cut-off length of 6 millimeters of the diatomite modified asphalt mixture is improved by more than 1.1 times than the rut factor of the asphalt adopting the lignocellulose with the diameter of 45 microns and the cut-off length of 1.3 millimeters, and therefore, the temperature stability of the asphalt mixture modified by the former is more than 1.1 times higher than that of the asphalt mixture modified by the latter; and the high-temperature performance, the water stability and the low-temperature performance of the diatomite asphalt mixture are obviously enhanced along with the continuous increase of the content of SiO in the diatomite.
本发明公开了一种市政工程硅藻土改性沥青混合料,将精制硅藻土能够充分混合在沥青混合料内,而且在硅藻土改性沥青混合料的制备过程中,向混合料的内部加入直径45微米切断长度为1.3毫米的木质纤维素或者直径13微米切断长度为6毫米的特制聚合纤维,整体上提高了硅藻土改性沥青混料的直径13微米切断长度为6毫米的特制聚合纤维后沥青车辙因子比采用直径45微米切断长度为1.3毫米的木质纤维素沥青车辙因子大1.1倍以上,从而得出前者改性后的沥青混合料比后者改性后沥青混合料的温度稳定性强1.1倍以上,而且随着硅藻土中SiO,含量的不断增加,硅藻土沥青混合料的高温性能、水稳定性能及低温性能都有明显增强。
