The invention relates to a grouting material for reinforcing rock mass cracks of a stone cave temple and a preparation method and a use method of the grouting material. The grouting material for reinforcing the rock mass cracks of the stone cave temple comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of modified ginger nut; 7-12 parts of a mineral admixture; 0.01-0.05 part of a sacrificial agent; 0.1-0.3 part of a water reducing agent; 1-3 parts of a nano modifier; 0.03 -0.05 part of an air entraining agent; 20 -60 parts of sand; and 15-26 parts of water. The grouting material for reinforcing rock mass cracks of stone cave temples, prepared by the invention, has the characteristics of adjustable fluidity, controllable strength and good air permeability. The coupling effect of the air entraining agent, the sacrificial agent and the water reducing agent can reduce the adsorption of the fine powder to the additive, reduce the surface tension of the capillary pore solution and refine the pore structure, and meanwhile, uniformly distributed bubbles are introduced into the slurry, so that the fluidity and the strength of the material are adjustable and controllable, and the air permeability is remarkably improved.
本发明是关于一种用于石窟寺岩体裂隙加固的灌浆材料及其制备、使用方法,所述石窟寺岩体裂隙加固灌浆材料包含以下重量份的各组分:改性料礓石30‑50份;矿物掺合料7‑12份;牺牲剂0.01‑0.05份;减水剂0.1‑0.3份;纳米改性剂1‑3份;引气剂0.03‑0.05份;砂20‑60份;水15‑26份。本发明所制备的石窟寺岩体裂隙加固的灌浆材料,具有流动度可调、强度可控及透气性佳的特性。其中,引气剂、牺牲剂和减水剂的耦合作用,可减少细粉料对外加剂的吸附、降低毛细孔溶液表面张力、细化孔结构,同时还在浆料中引入分布均匀的气泡,从而使材料的流动性和强度实现可调可控、透气性显著改善。
