Multi-scale polypropylene fiber pumping concrete
The invention relates to multi-scale polypropylene fiber pump concrete which is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, mineral powder, fly ash, sand, coarse aggregate, a water reducing agent, a preservative, polypropylene fibers and water. Through a large number of experiments, the appropriate proportion of all the components is optimized, and the concrete with high strength and good pumping performance is provided. The polypropylene fiber pump concrete disclosed by the invention has excellent slump, expansion, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and early-stage crack resistance; and has good workability and good pumping performance, and can be used for on-site construction pumping.
本发明涉及一种多尺度聚丙烯纤维泵送混凝土,其原料由水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰、砂、粗骨料、减水剂、防腐剂、聚丙烯纤维和水组成。经大量实验,优化出各组分的适宜配比,提供一种强度高且泵送性能好的混凝土;本发明聚丙烯纤维泵送混凝土具有优异的坍落度、扩展度、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和早期抗裂性;其和易性好,泵送性能好,可用于现场施工泵送。
