The invention relates to the field of polymer modified cement-based materials, and in particular, relates to styrene-acrylic latex for toughening high-speed railway structural concrete, wherein the styrene-acrylic latex is characterized in that the styrene-acrylic latex is a copolymer of a hard monomer, a soft monomer and a functional monomer, the hard monomer is an aromatic vinyl compound, the soft monomer is an acrylate compound, the functional monomer is an unsaturated acid or unsaturated alcohol compound, and the chemical general formula of the functional monomer is CH[2]=CR-CH(-C[X]H[2X+1])-C[Y]H[2Y]-A, wherein in the formula, R is any one of methyl, ethyl or propyl; 1<=X<=6, 1<=Y<=10, and X and Y are positive integers; and A is any one of carboxyl, sulfo, phosphate or hydroxyl. The prepared styrene-acrylic latex is low in price, simple in preparation process and non-conductive, can obviously improve the fracture energy of concrete when the dosage is low, and has small influence on the working performance of the concrete.
本发明涉及聚合物改性水泥基材料领域,具体涉及一种高速铁路结构混凝土增韧用苯丙胶乳,其特征在于所述苯丙胶乳为硬单体、软单体和功能单体的共聚物,所述硬单体为芳香族乙烯基化合物,所述软单体为丙烯酸酯类化合物,所述功能单体为不饱和酸或不饱和醇类化合物,其化学通式为CH2=CR‑CH(‑CXH2X+1)‑CYH2Y‑A,式中,R为甲基、乙基或丙基中的任意一种;1≤X≤6,1≤Y≤10,X、Y为正整数;A为羧基、磺酸基、磷酸基或羟基中的任意一种。本发明所制备的苯丙胶乳,价格便宜、制备工艺简单、不导电,且在低掺量时就能明显提高混凝土的断裂能,对混凝土工作性能影响小。
