The invention discloses a micro-alloyed copper-based wire material for floor electric heating and a preparation method of the micro-alloyed copper-based wire material. The micro-alloyed copper-based wire material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.2-0.4% of Ni, 0.4-0.5% of Sn, 0.16-0.18% of Mn, 0.05-0.10% of Zr and the balance of Cu and other impurity elements. Electrolytic copper is put into a heating furnace to be molten to obtain molten copper, and when the temperature of the molten copper rises to the preset temperature, Ni, Sn, Mn and Zr are sequentially added into the molten copper to be molten to obtain molten copper alloy liquid; after the temperature of the molten copper alloy liquid rises to a preset temperature, the temperature is kept constant; and then a graphite crystallizer is inserted into the molten copper alloy liquid for up-drawing continuous casting, and then drawing forming and aging annealing are conducted to obtain the micro-alloyed copper-based wire material. The resistivity and the meter resistance can be accurately controlled.
本发明公开了一种用于地板电加热的微合金化铜基丝材及其制备方法,按照质量百分数包括以下组分:0.2‑0.4%Ni、0.4‑0.5%Sn、0.16‑0.18%Mn、0.05‑0.10%Zr,余量为Cu和其他杂质元素。将电解铜放入加热炉中熔化得到铜液,待铜液温度升至预设温度时,再将Ni、Sn、Mn、Zr依次加入铜液中,熔化得到熔融铜合金液;待熔融铜合金液温度升至预设温度后,恒温保持;然后将石墨结晶器插入熔融铜合金液中进行上引法连铸,然后进行拉拔成形与时效退火得到微合金化铜基丝材。能使电阻率和米电阻能够精准控制。
