The invention relates to a concrete pavement slab connecting structure and a concrete pavement slab connecting method, in particular to an airport pavement slab connecting method. The connection is fast and convenient, and connection fatigue damage is avoided. The structure comprises an I-shaped steel connecting pull rod, transmission rods with ends provided with threads, transverse steel box sleeves and longitudinal steel box sleeves. A connecting pull rod body is provided with a direction mark; when a concrete slab is prefabricated, the longitudinal steel box sleeves are pre-buried in connecting ends on the two longitudinal sides of the slab respectively, one longitudinal side of the slab serves as a connecting driving end, and connecting pull rods are pre-buried in the steel box sleeves; the other longitudinal side of the plate serves as a connecting driven end, and an empty steel box sleeve is pre-buried; the transverse steel box sleeves are embedded in the connecting ends on the two transverse sides of the slab respectively, one transverse side of the slab serves as a connecting driving end, threaded flange ends are arranged in the steel box sleeves, and transmission rods are embedded in the steel box sleeves. The other transverse side of the slab serves as a connecting driven end, and an empty steel box sleeve is pre-buried; grouting holes are formed in the ends, away from the gaps between the concrete slabs, of the transverse steel box sleeves and the longitudinal steel box sleeves.
