Multi-channel basin-type force measuring support
The invention relates to the technical field of bridges, in particular to a multi-channel basin-type force measuring support which comprises an upper support plate (1) which is at the top of the multi-channel basin-type force measuring support; a bottom basin (7) positioned at the bottom of the multi-channel basin-type force measuring support; a solid elastomer (5) positioned at the inner bottom of the bottom basin (7); and a load sensor (4) positioned between the solid elastomer (5) and the upper support plate (1). The arrangement of the solid elastomer (5) and the load sensor (4) enables the force measuring support to detect the vertical load of the bridge and output detection signals in multiple paths. A sealing ring (6) is arranged on the solid elastomer (5), the elastic deformation of the edge of the solid elastomer (5) is limited through the sealing ring (6), and the solid elastomer (5) is prevented from being extruded out of a structural gap. The multi-channel basin-type force-measuring support solves the problem of long-term monitoring of the bridge load, and improves the safety and economical efficiency of the whole life cycle of a construction project.
