Construction method for bridge expansion joint in severe cold area
The invention discloses a construction method of a bridge expansion joint in a severe cold area. The method comprises the following steps: setting out a reserved notch: after construction of a bridge floor asphalt concrete pavement layer is completed, accurately setting out according to the requirements of an expansion joint construction design drawing, and determining the slotting width; cutting the reserved notch, and cutting a slot by adopting a cutting machine according to a lofting line; cleaning sundries; adjusting embedded steel bars, and repairing the lost, staggered and damaged embedded steel bars; installing the expansion joint, specifically, the expansion joint is hoisted into the notch to be installed, and controlling the elevation and the longitudinal straightness of the expansion joint; adopting cement, water, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, fly ash, silica fume, a waterproof water reducing agent and an expanding agent as concrete mixing materials, and pouring mixed concrete; performing maintenance; coating silane for dipping; and installing a rubber belt. The invention solves the problems that: construction methods in the prior art are not suitable for severe cold areas, and a reinforced concrete structure is easily corroded due to the fact that a large amount of deicing salt is used for snow removal in winter.
