The invention provides an irrigation and drainage device for irrigation and water conservancy, and relates to the technical field of drainage and irrigation of irrigation and water conservancy. The irrigation and drainage device comprises a drainage and irrigation box, wherein a drainage pipe is installed on one end of the drainage and irrigation box, a recovery ring is installed on the outer side, close to one end, of the drainage pipe, and an impact disc is installed on the inner side of the recovery ring. When water flows from the drainage pipe, pressure is applied to the impact disc by the water which flows outwards, and the impact disc is separated from the recovery ring in cooperation with the extension of a plurality of groups of telescopic rods, so that the water flow can normally pass; and when the water flow reversely flows back, the impact disc is pushed backwards by the backflow water and is combined with the recovery ring, so that the backflow water flow is blocked, the drainage pipe can be effectively prevented from being blocked by silt and stones in a farmland along with the backflow water, additionally, large mud blocks can be separated through a metal ring on the outer side of a collecting ring, the functions of blocking the silt and stones in the backflow water and independently collecting and storing the silt and stones are achieved, and the silt and stones are effectively prevented from being accumulated and deposited at the drainage pipe.
