Through mutual cooperation of the crushing barrel, the cross-shaped plates, a first rotating shaft, a first bevel gear, a second rotating shaft, crushing blades and second bevel gears, when the first rotating shaft drives the first bevel gear which is fixedly connected to rotate, the first bevel gear drives the second bevel gears with the upper and lower engaged sides to reversely rotate at the same time, and the two second bevel gears drive the crushing blades which are coaxially connected to rotate reversely for crushing relatively large stones in water flow, so that the crushing effect of the relatively large stones is improved.
