Full-rotation double-sleeve pile forming structure of cast-in-place pile
The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place pile construction in karst development areas, and discloses a cast-in-place pile full-rotation double-casing pipe pile forming structure which comprises a full-rotation drilling machine, a rotary drilling rig, an outer casing pipe and an inner casing pipe, the outer casing pipe and the inner casing pipe are driven by the full-rotation drilling machine to be screwed into a soil body, and the outer casing pipe is screwed into a first stepped hole. The inner sleeve is screwed in to form a second stepped hole connected below the first stepped hole. The lower portion of the second stepped hole is connected with a rock-socketed hole which is coaxially arranged, and the first stepped hole, the second stepped hole and the rock-socketed hole are sequentially connected from top to bottom to form a stepped rock-socketed pile hole. The casing pipe and the inner casing pipe are screwed in while soil is taken through the rotary drilling rig. An annular interval is formed between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, the inner sleeve is sleeved with a positioning structure, the positioning structure is located in the annular interval, and the positioning structure is provided with a distance sensor for measuring the concentric and coaxial precision between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve. The requirement for positioning precision is met through adjustment of the positioning structure, friction force between the sleeves is reduced, and the sleeves can be conveniently pulled out.
