The invention discloses a sponge city complex. The sponge city complex comprises a building, a greening terrace surrounding the building and a greening garden path capable of conveying water to the greening terrace; the greening garden path comprises a roadbed layer, a permeable cushion layer and a permeable surface layer which are sequentially laid from bottom to top; the top surface of the permeable surface layer inclines from the middle to two sides to form a drainage surface, and a plurality of noctilucent stones are embedded in the center of the top surface of the permeable surface layer; and the greening garden path further comprises a curb and a ditch, wherein the curb and the ditch are arranged in the length direction of the greening garden path, and the noctilucent stones are strip-shaped structures extending in the width direction of the greening garden path. The sponge city complex can realize effective utilization of rainwater resources and light resources, and is green, environment-friendly and unique in design.
