The invention discloses a fabricated integrated internal partition wall and an installation and construction method thereof. The fabricated integrated internal partition wall mainly comprises a frame, an inner wall plate, wire boxes, wire pipes, junction boxes and veneers; the inner wall plate and the veneers are fixed in the frame; the wire boxes, the wire pipes and the junction boxes are embedded and fixed in the inner wall plate; the veneers are fixed to two sides of the inner wall plate; and open holes corresponding to the wire boxes and the junction boxes are formed in the veneers. The invention further provides an installation and construction method of the fabricated integrated internal partition wall. The integrated internal partition wall is integrally formed by the square tube frame, an ALC plate, the veneers and the like, can be prefabricated in a factory, has a high wall body strength, is convenient to construct and free of painting and does not produce construction waste and noise.
