An enclosure structure on the outer side of the basement extends to a position from an external thermal insulation material on the ground to a transverse keel of a lower opening of a first-layer curtain wall; an SBS self-adhesion waterproof coiled material with the thickness of 3 mm and a waterproof protection layer are constructed on the outer side of an external thermal insulation material of an SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material with the thickness of 4 mm from inside to outside; after working procedures are completed, an outer skirting is made on an outdoor side, so that the waterproof protection layer is protected against damage; on an indoor side of the lower opening of the first-layer curtain wall, a concrete reverse ridge is poured at the lower opening of the curtain wall or 1:2.5 cement mortar is used for wrapping a curtain wall vertical keel column base node, so that the flatness of the paving position of a waterproof gas insulation film is guaranteed; after the working procedures are completed, an inner skirting is made on one side in a room, so that the waterproof gas insulation film is protected from being damaged; and gaps among the materials are filled with polyurethane foam, and weather-proof sealant is coated on the surfaces of the materials.
