The invention provides a prefabricated building node based on a prefabricated building energy-saving component. The prefabricated building node comprises a plate I, a plate II, plates III, a plate IV, a reinforcing piece and a shielding plate, wherein the plate I is located on the lower end and is vertically placed; the plate II is fixed to the upper end of the plate I through a bolt; and the plates III are fixed to both ends of the plate I. When the prefabricated building node is used, steel bars are inserted into through holes, and then concrete is poured into the through holes, so that the firmness of the concrete after solidification can be increased, the steel bars do not need to be bound and fixed through iron wires, and the use is convenient; springs are arranged on fixed bolts of the plate I and the plate II as well as fixed bolts of the plates III and the plate IV, so that nuts can be prevented from loosening due to vibration of a formwork, and the fastening effect is enhanced; and ventilation openings and air outlets are formed in shielding plates, and external flowing air is blown to the concrete through the ventilation openings and the air outlets during use, so that the solidification speed of the concrete can be increased, and additionally, rainwater can be prevented from entering the concrete by the shielding plate so as not to influence the solidification effect of the concrete.
本发明提供一种基于装配式建筑节能构件的装配式建筑节点,包括一号板、二号板、三号板、四号板、加固件和遮板;所述一号板位于下端,竖直放置;二号板通过螺栓固定在一号板的上端;三号板固定在一号板两端;本发明在使用时,将钢筋插入到通孔内,然后向内部浇注混凝土,能够提高混凝土固化后的牢固性,无需使用铁丝对钢筋进行捆绑固定,使用方便;一号板与二号板、三号板与四号板的固定螺栓上设有弹簧,能够防止螺母由于模板震动而松动,加强紧固效果,遮板上设有通风口和出风口,在使用时,外部流动的空气通过通风口经出风口吹到混凝土上,能够加快混凝土的固化速度,同时,遮板能够防止雨水进入到混凝土内,影响混凝土的凝固效果。
