The invention discloses a house reinforcement reverse construction method. The method comprises the following steps of reinforcing an upper structure of a house; dismantling a longitudinal and transverse wall joint part at the end part of a wall to be dismantled; installing frame column formworks at the longitudinal and transverse wall joint part, and installing frame column reinforcement cages in the frame column formworks; pouring frame column concrete; chiseling the top of the wall to be dismantled at intervals, and forming a plurality of shoulder beam installing holes; installing shoulder beam formworks in the shoulder beam installing holes, and installing shoulder beam reinforcement cages in the shoulder beam formworks; installing joist formworks on the two sides of the wall to be dismantled, and installing joist reinforcement cages in the joist formworks; forming concrete pouring holes in floor slabs above joists at certain intervals; pouring concrete of the joists and frame columns within the height range of the joists; excavating an underground foundation; and reinforcing the underground foundation. The method is different from an existing house reinforcement construction technology, and the construction is conducted downwards from the upper structure in sequence, so that the damage to the upper structure due to construction disturbance is avoided. In addition, a working face is larger, so that the construction period is greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种房屋加固逆作法施工方法,包括以下步骤:房屋上部结构的加固;拆除拟拆除墙体端部纵横墙交接部位;纵横墙交接部位安装框架柱模板,框架柱模板内安装框架柱钢筋笼;框架柱混凝土浇筑;间隔凿空拟拆除墙体的顶部,设置若干肩梁安装孔;在肩梁安装孔内安装肩梁模板,肩梁模板内安装肩梁钢筋笼;在拟拆除墙体两侧安装托梁模板,托梁模板内安装托梁钢筋笼;在位于托梁的上方的楼板上间隔一定距离设置混凝土灌注孔;浇筑托梁及托梁梁高范围内框架柱的混凝土;地下基础开挖;对地下基础进行加固;本发明区别于现有的房屋加固施工技术,从上部结构开始依次往下进行施工,避免施工扰动造成上部结构破坏。而且工作面更大,极大缩短工期。
