The invention discloses an aluminum alloy narrow-edge door with an embedded adhesive tape and a manufacturing method of the aluminum alloy narrow-edge door. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that (1), the adhesive tape used for installing narrow-edge door glass is embedded into a groove in an aluminum alloy profile; (2), the aluminum alloy profile is cut into the aluminum alloy profile with the required profile length and angle; (3), corner combining is conducted on the cut aluminum alloy profile, three faces are connected, and one face is reserved and used for installing the narrow-edge door glass; and (4), the narrow-edge door glass is inserted into the reserved face, and the aluminum alloy profile on the reserved face is assembled to the reserved position. According to the manufacturing method of the aluminum alloy narrow-edge door with the embedded adhesive tape, through a scheme that the glass is embedded and installed in the adhesive tape, a worker only needs to combine the aluminum alloy extrusion profile and the adhesive tape which is used for embedding and installing the glass in advance, then combine the three faces of the manufactured aluminum alloy extrusion profile and insert the narrow-edge door glass into the groove, gluing is not needed, the glue does not need to be dried, and therefore the mounting efficiency is improved and the technical level requirement on operators is reduced.
