The intelligent irrigation system comprises a base and the greenhouse, the base is located below the greenhouse, collection hoppers are arranged on the two sides of the greenhouse correspondingly, the outer walls of the bottoms of the two collection hoppers are fixedly connected with the same water storage pond, and a plurality of water pumps are arranged above the water storage pond; and an irrigation pipe is arranged on the outer wall of the top of each water pump, a controller is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the water storage pond, filter plates are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the two collection hoppers, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the outer walls of the filter plates, first mounting grooves are formed in the two sides of each filter hole, and first electromagnets are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the tops of the two first mounting grooves. Dirt and impurities accumulated on the inner walls of the filter holes can be removed, so that the filter holes are ensured to be smooth, the situation that the filter holes are blocked by the dirt and impurities, and consequently the flowing water filtering effect is affected is avoided, the filter plates do not need to be manually disassembled for cleaning, and the labor intensity during clearing is greatly reduced.
