The invention relates to a non-air-entraining anti-freeze agent suitable for a cement-based material. The anti-freeze agent is formed by compounding a water-absorbing polymer and a hydrophobic polymer, the compound is of a honeycomb structure, and the honeycomb structure of the water-absorbing polymer is filled with the hydrophobic polymer. The anti-freezing agent is elastic microspheres, is distributed in a mortar/concrete matrix, can absorb water and seal a water permeation channel, and can relieve volume expansion pressure and permeation pressure generated by water freezing during freezing and thawing circulation. The anti-freezing agent is directly doped into a cement-based material in an external additive manner, so that the anti-freezing and thawing cycle times of the material can be effectively increased, the durability of the material is improved, the anti-freezing effect is not influenced by ambient air pressure and a water cement ratio, the influence on the workability and mechanical properties of the cement-based material is small, and the mechanical properties of the cement-based material can be even improved by a proper doping amount of the anti-freezing agent.
本发明涉及到一种适用于水泥基材料的非引气型抗冻剂。该抗冻剂由吸水性聚合物和疏水性聚合物复合而成,复合物为蜂窝结构,疏水性聚合物填充在吸水性聚合物的蜂窝结构中。该抗冻剂为弹性微球,分布在砂浆/混凝土基体中能够吸收水分、封闭水分渗入通道,并且能够缓解冻融循环时水结冰产生的体积膨胀压力和渗透压力。本发明的抗冻剂以外加剂的方式直接掺入水泥基材料中,能够有效提高材料的抗冻融循环次数,改善材料的耐久性,且抗冻效果不受环境气压及水灰比的影响,对水泥基材料的工作性和力学性能影响小,适当的掺量甚至会提高其力学性能。
