The invention discloses a steel rail polishing unit. A polishing unit frame is movably mounted on a transverse moving guide column, and a first rotating arm and a second rotating arm are mounted in rotating arm holes in the lower part of the polishing unit frame through deflection shafts; two lifting guide columns are installed on the first rotating arm and the second rotating arm respectively, the grinding motor is installed on a motor installation back plate, and the grinding wheel is installed on a shaft of the grinding motor; a lifting guide sleeve is installed on the motor installation back plate, and an assembly composed of the grinding motor and the motor installation back plate is movably installed on the lifting guide column through the lifting guide sleeve; a guide column fixing beam is installed at the upper end of the lifting guide column, and a lifting driving connecting base is installed on the motor installation back plate; one end of the lifting driving mechanism is installed on the lifting driving connecting base, and the other end is installed on the guide column fixing beam; and one end of the deflection driving mechanism is installed on the polishing unit frame, and the other end is installed on the second rotating arm. The technical problems that an existing polishing unit is small in deflection angle range, large in size, complex in structure and not easy to install and maintain can be solved.
本发明公开了一种钢轨打磨单元,打磨单元架可活动地安装于横移导柱上,第一及第二转臂均通过偏转轴安装于打磨单元架下部的转臂孔。两根升降导柱分别安装于第一及第二转臂上,打磨电机安装于电机安装背板上,打磨砂轮安装于打磨电机的轴上。升降导套安装于电机安装背板上,由打磨电机与电机安装背板构成的组件通过升降导套可活动地安装于升降导柱上。导柱固定梁安装于升降导柱上端,升降驱动连接座安装于电机安装背板上。升降驱动机构一端安装于升降驱动连接座上,另一端安装于导柱固定梁上。偏转驱动机构一端安装于打磨单元架上,另一端安装于第二转臂上。本发明能解决现有打磨单元偏转角度范围小,体积较大、结构复杂,不易安装维护的技术问题。
