The multiple vertical rods are vertically arranged on a bridge surface, the lower ends of the vertical rods are perpendicularly and fixedly connected with the bridge surface, the multiple transverse rods are horizontally arranged, the two ends of each transverse rod are arranged in every two adjacent vertical rods correspondingly, the two ends of every two adjacent transverse rods are fixedly connected through the corresponding connecting assembly, and the connecting assemblies are arranged in the vertical rods. According to the anti-seismic bridge handrail device, all the transverse rods are connected through the connecting assemblies with certain elasticity so that when vibration occurs, the transverse rods and the vertical rods can have movement action allowance, direct rigid connection is avoided, and the purpose of damping is achieved.
