The invention discloses an anti-streaming-around device for a box-type joint of an underground diaphragm wall, and relates to the technical field of joint construction of underground diaphragm walls. The anti-streaming-around device comprises a flow choking protection box and two U-shaped steel channels; the flow choking protection box is used for providing protection for an H-shaped steel joint, and the situation that construction equipment is tightly attached to the H-shaped steel joint and damages the H-shaped steel joint during later groove section construction is avoided; and the two U-shaped steel channels are connected to the two sides of the flow choking protection box in a welded mode correspondingly. Through mutual cooperation of the flow choking protection box and the U-shaped steel channels, the device can conveniently prevent concrete from streaming around, and the engineering construction efficiency is improved; and through mutual cooperation of the flow choking protection box, the U-shaped steel channels and a pulling supporting square pipe, the device is simple in structure and convenient to use repeatedly, meanwhile, labor force is saved, the construction cost is reduced, the seepage path is prolonged advantageously, effective lap joint of reinforcing steel bars of a later-stage groove section and an early-stage groove section is facilitated, and the engineering quality of the diaphragm wall is improved.
