The corrosion-resistant UHPC steel pipe composite pile comprises a steel pipe pile head, a rivet, a connecting part, a UHPC protective layer and a coating steel pipe pile; and the manufacturing method includes the steps that the rivet is welded to the steel pipe pile head, the pile head and the steel pipe pile are connected in a bolting mode through the connecting part, and the corrosion-resistant UHPC steel pipe composite pile is manufactured by spraying UHPC at the pile head and a joint to form the protective layer.
