The invention discloses a composite pile foundation construction method for a high-rise building. The composite pile foundation construction method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) pile position setting-out is conducted, specifically, a lower pile hole position and depth are designed according to a field environment and a position condition of an underground buried object; (2) machine tool in-place adjustment is conducted, specifically, a drilling machine is arranged on the lower pile hole position, and a vertical shaft of the drilling machine is aligned with the lower pile hole position and is kept perpendicular to the lower pile hole position; (3) drilling is conducted; (4) slurry is prepared, specifically, water and ash are quantitatively applied according to a ratio of 1:1, and the slurry is filtered; (5) spraying operation is conducted, specifically, spraying operation is conducted from bottom to top to form jet grouting piles; and (6) pile pressing is conducted, specifically, PHC pipe piles are prefabricated, after the jet grouting piles are completed, after two hours, the multiple prefabricated PHC pipe piles are pressed into the jet grouting piles through a static press and a pile pressing machine before cement is not solidified. According to the construction method, the composite pile foundation of the high-pressure jet grouting and the prefabricated PHC pipe piles is formed, the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is greatly improved, the requirement of the high-rise building for the bearing capacity of a pile body is met, construction is easy and convenient, and the construction period is short.
